iProcedures Privacy Policy
iProcedures, LLC (“iProcedures”) provides software and services solutions to healthcare providers, including its iPro Anesthesia software solution and related services (“Services”). This Privacy Policy discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices both for our publicly available website at www.iprocedures.com (the “Site”) and for our Services. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully prior to using our Site or Services. By using our Site or Services, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
iProcedures intends that its privacy policies and standard practices and procedures relating to privacy will be in compliance with applicable laws and regulations relating to privacy, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and The Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (“HITECH”), as applicable. iProcedures also intends to comply with specific Business Associate Agreements that are executed between iProcedures and its health care clients.
The Services and iProcedures software are available for use subject to the licensing and other terms in applicable customer contracts with its health care clients. This Privacy Policy is subject to the terms of your organization’s customer contract, as applicable.
Collection and Use of Personal Information
If and when iProcedures receives personal health information as part of its Services, it is obligated to treat this information in accordance with all HIPAA requirements applicable to business associates.
On the Site, you may provide us with your name, e-mail address, and other personal information when completing and submitting our contact form. This information may be used to provide you with further information about our Services.
We may also collect and analyze information related to your use of the Site for statistical purposes. This information may be analyzed and/or aggregated to determine appropriate modifications and enhancements to the Site.
